Joan. Breakfast was a standout, with fresh pastries. Just a heads-up, the bathroom could be chilly, so pack an extra layer if needed. We loved our stay!

The hotel suited the needs, I will certainly stay here again. Greatly enjoyed every detail about my truly memorable 2 nights stay here. The property's location was marvellous, in the middle of the city. And I were short walk to sea, and most attractions in southern Ireland.

Bring extra layers for warmth, especially if you easily get cold, as the thatched roof can make the room cooler than expected.

I was totally underwhelmed. The room was suffocatingly small, and did i mention the cold bathroom? Absolutely pitiful! I had the nerve to expect a complimentary gift for my troubles, but, of course, that was too much to ask. I almost considered a good review, but the lack of special treatment ruined it. What a shame!

Joan is a fantastic host! She. The Beautiful Double Room had charming decor and was very comfortable. I loved the breakfast, especially the homemade yogurt and freshly baked pastries. The setting in the countryside was peaceful, perfect for our getaway. The low ceilings in the room made things a bit cramped for me, being tall. The bathroom felt chilly, especially at night. It could use some warming up.

The bathroom felt particularly cold, disappointing as we hoped for a more cozy experience. Despite the charm of the cottage, the chilly feel persisted throughout our stay, overshadowing the quaint character we were looking forward to.
